Sergio Ramos, who was recently booed by Paris Saint-Germain supporters during a league game, has broken his silence over his immediate future.
It has been a difficult first season in Ligue 1 for the veteran Spanish defender, who has managed to be fit enough to make just seven appearances across all competitions so far.
His injury issues have caused his time and future in France to be questioned by fans and pundits alike, while it has also been claimed the 36-year-old could seek to hang up his boots at the end of the campaign.
This came after rumours suggested that Ramos' fitness struggles would leave him unable to continue competing at the highest level, but he has now insisted he will try to stay at PSG for at least another two seasons when the current one concludes.
"I would like to play four or five more years at a high level and then have another experience," he told Amazon Prime Video.
"I have two years in Paris, we will try to do three, one more, and then we'll see. But as long as my physique holds up, I think I'll be able to keep my mind focused."
Ramos completed the 90 minutes in the French giants' 6-1 win over Clermont Foot on Saturday night, which was just the third time this season he was able to play a full match.
