Paris Saint-Germain director Leonardo was not pleased with manager Thomas Tuchel's comments about the lack of transfers.
The club have only signed Alessandro Florenzi on loan from AS Roma while Mauro Icardi's loan move from Inter Milan was made permanent.
The French champions have lost veteran duo Thiago Silva and Edinson Cavani for free at the end of last season and Tuchel complained about the lack of transfers last week.
Leonard was not happy with the comments and says the German tactician can leave the club if he is unhappy.
"Tuchel needs to understand how delicate the current situation is," said Leonardo.
"We've seen a drop of more than 100 million euros in our income and also have to abide by the Financial Fair Play rules.
"The club and I really aren't pleased about his comments about the lack of signings.
"If someone isn't happy, they should leave. I'll speak to him in private about this."
