The midfielder has reportedly joined the Ligue 1 champions for free, but the transfer could end up costing Les Parisiens about €3 million (R58 million).
The 27-year-old leaves Barcelona after 13 years, during which he represented the first team on just 90 occasions.
Rafinha, who spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Celta Vigo, thus became the 13th player to leave the Blaugrana in the transfer window.
