The Ligue 1 giants have announced that goalkeeper Alphonse Areola will join Premier League outfit West Ham United on loan for the upcoming campaign.
Areola spent last season on loan at Fulham, who were relegated from the EPL, and was unlikely to get minutes in Paris in the coming campaign after Les Parisiens signed Gianluigi Donnarumma from AC Milan on a free transfer.
"The 28-year-old goalkeeper has signed a one-year loan deal with West Ham United," a statement from PSG's official website read.
"The France international (3 caps) has two years left on his contract with Paris Saint-Germain and this tie-up with the Hammers comes with an option to buy."
