Another Madridista who appears destined for the exit door is Mariano Diaz. Like Asensio, the forward has only 12 months remaining on his current deal, and according to AS, with the Spanish-born attacker not in Ancelotti's plans, Real are keen to recoup some money for the 29-year-old.
Alvaro Odriozola is another player who is not high up in the Real pecking order. Third choice behind Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vasquez for the right-back position, his departure seems the likeliest in the coming hours.
It is understood that Real Sociedad are eager to take the Spaniard to the Basque country.
