An Italian star has reportedly agreed terms with Spanish giants FC Barcelona.
Reports: Messi Asked Barca For Man City Move Last Season
Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has been heavily linked with the Catalan giants in recent months, and new reports suggest he may have already come to an agreement with the club.
CalcioMercato.com has reported that the player and the Spanish side are now waiting for PSG to accept an offer for Verratti, although it is believed the French giants do not want to sell him.
The report claimed that PSG have offered the midfielder a bumper new contract, and have told him of their intentions to recruit high profile players in the transfer window.
The Blaugrana, however, are intent on luring the Italy international to Spain as they see him as the perfect replacement for Catalan club legend Andres Iniesta.
