One of Arsenal's transfer targets has reportedly been told he can leave FC Barcelona.
Reports: Guardiola Keen On Former Barca Star Reunion
According to Marca, the Premier League club has offered £26.3 million (R434 million) for Turkey international Arda Turan.
The London side has been linked with the midfielder before, but the player himself was not keen on the move at the time.
It is believed that Inter Milan are also interested in Turan, who still has one more year on his current contract with the Blaugrana.
Turan is said to be unhappy with the limited game time he has been receiving at the Spanish giants, and feels it may be a good time for him to seek a move.
Arsenal are looking to bolster their attacking options for next season as they prepare for life outside the UEFA Champions League for the first time in 21 years.
