The Black Stars were drawn in Group H against Uruguay, Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal and Korea Republic.
Ghanaians will not have forgotten their last meeting with Uruguay at the World Cup, where they lost on penalties although the match will be remembered for Luis Suarez's handball.
Okraku admits the Black Stars will be out for revenge when the two nations clash in Qatar later this year.
"We believe that it will be revenge time," Okraku told BBC Sport Africa.
"We thought we had clearly won that particular game but for that save from Suarez. It is very interesting for us to pitch against them again, obviously with fond memories [this time].
"It is important that we all set the record straight."
