Neymar is reportedly open to making a shock move back to Barcelona, with head coach Xavi Hernandez having responded to the rumour.
Check Out: Official: Barcelona Respond To Messi Decision
Earlier this month, it was confirmed by Paris Saint-Germain that Lionel Messi would not be returning to the French capital come the 2023/24 campaign.
The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner has since announced that he is on course to sign a massive deal with MLS franchise Inter Miami and become the American top flight's newest marquee signing.
This means he opted against re-signing with Barcelona, the club where he spent 21 years and became captain, even though reports suggested Blaugrana head coach Xavi Hernandez had spoken to the forward and planned to build the team around the 35-year-old.
Now, the five-time European champions are speculated to have a "plan B" as far as a superstar signing is concerned.
According to Sport, with Xavi believed to want another prolific goalscorer on the left wing in the team, Neymar is now willing to make a spectacular return to Catalonia in an effort to become his ex-teammate's talisman, with Brazil's all-time top goalscorer rumoured to be headed out of PSG too.

Xavi, however, refuted the story after being asked if a move for Neymar was a possibility following Messi's decision to join Inter Miami.
"I'm surprised… he's not in our plan. I really like Ney as a friend, but we have different priorities," he told Jijantes.
