According to Relevo, as cited by Sport, France international Jules Kounde has informed the Blaugrana that he would be willing to leave ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
The Frenchman joined Barcelona from Sevilla at the start of this season, but appears to be unhappy with his continued use at right-back.
Kounde would prefer to play in his natural position, centre-back, and is said to have told the club to entertain potential offers for his signature should appropriate proposals arrive.
Selling the 24-year-old could present a good opportunity for the LaLiga champions to raise funds for new signings, with the player currently valued at about €60 million (R1.2 billion).

Throughout this season, head coach Xavi Hernandez has preferred the centre-back pairing of Ronald Araujo and Andreas Christensen when both are available for selection. This has seen Kounde being utilised at fullback, where he has also recently played for Les Bleus.
Speaking on Tuesday night following Barca's 3-1 away loss at Real Valladolid, Xavi gave little away when addressing the rumours.
"I spoke with Kounde and I was clear with him. I know there are a lot of stories – but the player left the meeting happy and same for me. There are no problems," he said, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
