Nottingham Forest 1-0 Arsenal
Arsenal crashed out of the FA Cup at the third round after suffering a 1-0 loss to Championship side Nottingham Forest on Sunday night.
Mikel Arteta rang the changes after the loss to Manchester City, which saw Bernd Leno, Nuno Tavares, Rob Holding, Cedric Soares and teenage Charlie Patino get starting berths.
The Gunners struggled to get any serious attacks going early on and had to wait until the 30th minute for an opening when Eddie Nketia fired just wide from the edge of the box.
Arteta was clearly not happy with what he saw and decided to haul off Tavares in the 34th minute, with Kieran Tierney coming on to replace the off-season signing.
The early change did nothing to affect Arsenal's overall play in the latter parts of the first half, while Forrest barely threatened Leno at the other end in the opening 45 minutes.
That all changed in the second half as Forrest forced Leno into action in the opening 10 minutes with strikes from Philip Zinckernagel and Manchester United loanee James Garner.
As time began to run out for the Gunners, Forrest broke the deadlock in the 83rd minute when substitute Lewis Grabban turned home a cross by Ryan Yates to send the Championship side to the fourth round.

Liverpool rallied from behind to secure a 4-1 win over League One outfit Shrewsbury Town and secured a spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
It was Shrewsbury who broke the deadlock in the 27th minute when Daniel Udoh rifled home from close range after some good work by Nathanael Ogbeta down the left flank.
The Reds weren't behind for too long as 17-year-old Kai Gordon brought the hosts level with a composed finish from close range after collecting a cross from Bradley.

Klopp's charges were in control from thereafter and managed to win themselves a penalty on the stroke of halftime when Ethan Ebanks-Landell handled in the box, which allowed Fabinho to convert from 12-yards out.
The Reds then bolstered their attack at the start of the second half as Takumi Minamino was introduced in place of 18-year-old Max Woltman.
The visitors looked to draw themselves level on 70 minutes when Elliott Bennett sent an inviting cross into the box that only needed a touch, but Reds defender Ibrahima Konate made a vital interception.
However, Liverpool got the two-goal cushion with 11 minutes left on the clock when substitute Roberto Firmino found the back of the net with a cheeky back-heel after Konate's shot was blocked.
The hosts managed to get a fourth goal in second-half stoppage time, with Fabinho completing his brace after nodding home a free-kick from Konstantinos Tsimikas.
