Henry was recently sacked by the Hammers after he claimed the club no longer want to sign African players as "they can have a bad attitude" and "cause mayhem."
However, Sakho, a former Hammers striker, revealed via social media that the club want to get rid of the black players.
"They lie to people, they pretend I am bad because I have character," he said on his Snapchat account, published by Sportsmail.
"I am a lion, they were afraid and now everyone will see why I wanted to leave this club."I'll teach all the fans what's true: that they don't want black players.
"One by one we will leave, so good luck to all the fans of West Ham, because soon the truth will come out, I believe in justice."
West Ham have also released a statement regarding Henry's comments.
"The West Ham United family is an inclusive family in which, regardless of gender, age, ability, race, religion or sexual orientation, everyone feels welcome and included," a statement read.
