Liverpool 4-3 Fulham

Liverpool returned to winning ways in the Premier League after defeating Fulham in a seven-goal thriller at Anfield.

The Reds got the opening goal in the 19th minute through Trent Alexander-Arnold's superb free-kick that hit the cross and ricocheted in off goalkeeper Bernd Leno.

Fulham weren't behind for too long as former Reds winger Harry Wilson poked home at close range after the Reds went to sleep at the back.

Alexis MacAllister put the Reds back in front with a superb strike from distance, but the hosts were pegged back on the stroke of halftime by Kenny Tete's equaliser.

Bobby De Cordova-Reid then surprisingly put Fulham ahead in the 80th minute with a towering header from Tom Cairney's cross.

However, the Reds hit back through Wataru Endo's first-time strike on 87 minutes, before Alexander-Arnold got the winning goal with a well-taken volley.

Chelsea 3-2 Brighton and Hove Albion

Chelsea got back to winning ways in the Premier League after defeating Brighton and Hove Albion at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues got off to the perfect start when Enzo Fernandez got his first goal of the season on 17 minutes, before Lewis Colwill doubled the lead for the home side four minutes later.

Brighton pulled one back in the 43rd minute through Facundo Buonanotte's neat left-footed strike on the edge of the box.

Chelsea were then reduced to ten men for the second straight week after captain Conor Gallagher was given his marching orders for picking up a second yellow card.

Despite being a man down, the Blues did grab a third goal when Fernandez completed his brace from the penalty spot while Joao Pedro bagged a late consolation for the visitors.

Bournemouth 2-2 Aston Villa

Aston Villa struck late in the second half to earn themselves a 2-2 draw at AFC Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon.

The Cherries were in front through Antoine Semenyo's clinical strike on ten minutes, before Leon Bailey pulled Villa level with a lovely individual effort ten minutes later.

Dominic Solanke thought he had won it for Bournemouth with his 52nd minute goal, but Ollie Watkins rescued a point for Villa in the 90th minute.

West Ham United 1-1 Crystal Palace

West Ham UNited and Crystal Palace settled for a share of the spoils after playing to a 1-1 draw at the London Stadium.

Ghana international Mohammed Kudus opened the scoring for the home side by turning home a cross from Vladimír Coufal.

The Eagles did get their equaliser eight minutes after the halftime break courtesy of a strike from Odsonne Edouard.
