When the 31-year-old confirmed his return to the Lilywhites on loan, he was carrying an injury, but he appears to be nearing full fitness as he prepares to make his second debut for the club.
Bale, who did not go on international duty with Wales in this international break, has now begun training with Spurs' first-team squad, and appears to be happy to be back out on the field.
The north London club return after the international break with a Premier League fixture against an in-form West Ham United, a fixture Bale will no doubt be hoping to be available for.
