A Manchester City star has revealed that he is open to the idea of following Cristiano Ronaldo's lead in heading to the Saudi Pro League.

Kyle Walker was rumoured to be nearing a move to Bayern Munich at the beginning of the season when it emerged that the German giants would be losing Benjamin Pavard.
That transfer ultimately never came to fruition, and while he may perhaps still harbour ambitions of playing at the Allianz Arena, the England international has also made it known that he would be receptive to the idea of moving to the oil rich Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ronaldo shocked the world when he moved to Al Nassr in the beginning of 2023, but since then a plethora of elite footballing talent have followed in his footsteps and the Sheffield native claims he wouldn't mind being the latest.
"I'll never say never. The money that they're paying and everything is obviously a massive factor in why they're going out there. Ronaldo opened the pathway for everyone to go there," Walker told the FIVE podcast.

"If they keep attracting the player they're attracting the league will get better so why wouldn't you want to go? But for me the Premier League is the best league in the world so I want to compete in this league for as long as possible and as high as possible."
