One of Chelsea's main Premier League rivals are believed to be interested in Romelu Lukaku, but they are reportedly only willing to sign the Belgian on one condition.

According to Tuttomercato, Tottenham Hotspur are seriously considering luring the 30-year-old Antwerp native across the English capital.
The Lilywhites are looking for a starting striker following Harry Kane move to Bayern Munich, and the veteran striker is a name the Spurs chiefs are pondering over.
While he may be a name on the lips of the chiefs in north London, he is reportedly not their first choice for the position.
The forwards believed to be the main protagonists in their search for a new No. 9 are Arsenal's Folarin Balogun and Lille's Jonathan David.
The north American duo are the players the club is actively trying to bring to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on a permanent basis, but there has been little progress in their attempts so far.
AS Monaco are said to still be in the race for Balogun, while Lille are hesitant to lose their talisman this late in the window, but should Spurs' struggles with the pair persist, they could then turn to Lukaku.
The same report, however, claims that should the Premier League outfit decide to sign Belgium's all-time top goalscorer, they would do so only on a loan deal as they are only interested in investing long-term in young talent.

Juventus and Saudi Arabia are destinations that are also still on the cards for Lukaku, but the likelihood of him making the move to either one of those places right now seems to be diminishing rapidly.
