Arsenal have reportedly become disillusioned with one of their African stars and are now open to selling the player.

Thomas Partey was the first marquee signing Mikel Arteta made ahead of his first full season in charge of the Gunners.
The north Londoners signed the Ghana international for €50 million (R992 million) from Atletico Madrid in 2020 and while, when fit, he is consistently among the team's best players, his injury woes have led the club to come to a different conclusion regarding his future at the Emirates Stadium.
According to The Sun, Arsenal are now willing to listen to offers for the Odumase Krobo native as they have become increasingly concerned about the player's lack of consistent fitness.
Currently, Partey is in the midst another spell on the sidelines after he sustained a thigh injury that will see him return to action only in a few weeks' time.
Even if he returns before the start of the new year, there is a good chance he will be selected for Chris Hughton's Ghana side that will compete at the Africa Cup of Nations in the Ivory Coast in early 2024.
The former Atletico man's constant fitness issues since arriving in the English capital is also believed to be one of the reasons Arsenal recruited Declan Rice for a club-record fee in the previous transfer window, but with Partey's contract set to run out in 2025, it seems the English giants are now keen to cash in on him.

The same report claims that Juventus are heavily interested in Partey, and while the west African is likely keen to continue his career in Europe, Arsenal will perhaps also be hoping Saudi Arabian teams, a number of which were linked in the previous window, can offer him a deal tempting enough for the midfielder to sign so they can recoup some of the money they spent on him.
