It's recently been reported Real have been keeping a watchful eye on the former FC Barcelona player, with talk of a £37 million bid for the Chilean surfacing.
Despite the rumours, however, Sanchez insists he has not been thinking of a move away from the Gunners.
"I'm very happy at Arsenal, I don't think about leaving," he said, according to The Express.
"I always want to be the best at everything I do.
"I'm never happy with what I do, I always want to give more."
Los Blancos boss Rafael Benitez is said to be heavily interested in the 26-year-old, and Chelsea's Eden Hazard could be another potential target.
Following a relatively quiet start to the season by his standards, the forward has scored six goals in his past three games for Arsene Wenger's side.
