Ward says he doesn't care about the big name of the club, and insisted that Sterling will not sign a new contract at Liverpool, even if a mega deal is offered to him.
"I don't care about the PR of the club and the club situation. I don't care," he told The Evening Standard.
"He is definitely not signing. He's not signing for £700, £800, £900 thousand a week. He is not signing.
"My job is to make sure I do the best with them (my clients).
"If people say I am bad at my job, or they are badly advised it does not matter."
The agent also hit out at Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher, for the comments the retired player made about him.
"Carragher is a knob. Everybody knows it," he added.
"Any of the criticism from current pundits or ex-Liverpool players - none of them things matter to me.
"It is not relevant."
Sterling's future has been called into question in recent weeks, after news broke that the 20-year-old asked the club if he can leave at the end of the season.

Several clubs have expressed their interest in the player, including Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal.
It has since been reported that Liverpool have cancelled their intended meeting with Sterling and his agent, which was scheduled for Friday, where they were set to discuss the player's future.
