The Bavarians have won their past five Bundesliga games to climb into second spot on the log, but just as things seemed to be going well, Jerome Boateng and Leon Goretzka clashed in training.
Bild has reported that the duo came to blows after Goretzka fouled the 2014 FIFA World Cup winner, who reacted by hitting his teammate in the face.
Robert Lewandowski and other teammates then had to pull the two players apart before interim coach Hansi Flick spoke to them.

Goretzka and Boateng both later downplayed the incident on Instagram, with the former posting an image of the duo along with the caption: "Breaking news. FootballisEmotion #Calmdowneveryone #wearefamily @jeromeboateng" (as translated from German).
Boateng responded with a similar post, saying: "All is good between us, you can calm down."
Bayern's next match is against Mainz 05 in the Bundesliga on Saturday, before they play host to league leaders RB Leipzig next week.
