The father of one Bayern Munich star has shared his view of the Bundesliga champions returning to training amid the coronavirus outbreak.
While football remains suspended across Europe and around the world due to the virus outbreak, the Bavarians confirmed this week that players had resumed training.
However, the players trained in small groups without contact, however Thiago Alcantara's father Mazinho feels it is worrying playing during these times.
"[Playing football amid the coronavirus outbreak] is worrying because it is a complicated situation that we are all experiencing," he told Marca radio.
"In Germany they are progressing in that sense, with group training.
"You have to be very careful with all this. If Bayern do it, they do it because there is no risk and they are providing security to all their footballers.
"My son must work and be as prudent as possible."
