Erling Haaland could make the move to a certain club in Spain next season when he leaves Borussia Dortmund, according to one of his footballing friends.
The Norwegian striker is set to be in the middle of a bidding war in the off-season transfer window as he looks to move to a bigger club.
Former Swansea City and Spain star Michu, who is said to have formed a close bond with the Dortmund striker who is understood to have admired the Spaniard growing up, has revealed that he spoke to the 2020 Golden Boy winner recently regarding his future.
"Haaland is looking for a very strong team that can compete in the Champions League. He is looking for a competitive team.
"He gave me the feeling that he was looking for a sporting project that will last for many years and he told me that he liked Spain. He is thinking more about a sporting project than the economic issue.
"If [Kylian] Mbappe goes to Madrid, I think Barca would be a very good option.
"In these times, Haaland is a bargain."
