Paderborn 1-5 Schalke
Schalke got back to winning ways in the Bundesliga after thrashing Paderborn 5-1 at the Benteler-Arena on Sunday night.
It was the home side who broke the deadlock through Cauly after just eight minutes, but Salif Sane restored parity the visitors in the 33rd minute.
Schalke took control in the second as a brace from Amine Harit and further strikes from Suat Serdar and Ahmed Kutucu secured the bog win.
The victory sees Schalke moved up to sixth spot while Paderborn sit in 17th spot after four games.
Hoffenheim 0-3 Freiburg
Freiburg moved up to third spot in the Bundesliga with an impressive 3-0 victory away to Hoffenheim. Christian Gunter and Janik Haberer put the visitors two goals up in the first half, before Nils Peterson rounded off the scoring on 59 minutes.
