Salum has been linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs in recent weeks, with coach Nassredine Nabi looking to bolster his squad.

Tanzania head coach Hemed Suleiman believes Salum will have no problem adjusting to South African football with the way he plays.

"You know, Feisal, I think he has the qualities of South African players. So, for me, he can play on any team,"  Suleiman said at his post-match press, as per Pan African Football.

"I believe he is the best midfielder in Tanzania at the moment. He is a good player and young. We need to support him.

"Given the fact that he is a good player, that gives him an advantage to be able to play anywhere."
