The Borussia Dortmund striker has often been linked with both Spanish giants, especially Los Blancos, and has previously revealed he promised his grandfather he would one day play for Real.
"Only God knows what happens in the future," he told Soccer Laduma when asked about the Real rumours.
"If it comes to be, I know my grandfather would be very proud of me.
"He was from a small city only 100km from Madrid."
Other reports also linked the African superstar, who has scored 15 goals in 16 games for BVB this season, with Barca, but Aubameyang insisted he cannot control what gets written about him in the media, and that he signed an extension with Dortmund until 2020 for a reason.
"I have signed, not unintentionally, a long-term contract with Borussia Dortmund," he added.
"There have been a lot of rumours during each of the past transfer windows and they will probably continue, but that's something I can't control.
"I have clearly committed myself to BVB and I enjoy scoring goals for this club and its fantastic fans."
