The draw for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers took place in Johannesburg on Tuesday evening.

The African continent just recently witnessed Senegal secure their first Africa Cup of Nations title in February after defeating Egypt in the final.
Teams will now embark their quest to dethrone the Lions of Teranga as qualification for next year's tournament will begin later this year.
The tournament will be hosted in Cote d'Ivoire for the first time since 1984 and is scheduled to get underway 23 June – 23 July 2023.
Kenya and Zimbabwe, who were both recently suspended by FIFA, have been included in the qualifying draw.
