When it comes to basketball stars, there aren't many bigger than the Los Angeles Lakers' Bryant.
The NBA star recently shared his story of when his pal Ronaldinho introduced Messi to him, suggesting that, even in 2006, the Brazilian new the genius the Argentine possessed.
"Hey, Kobe, I'm going to introduce you to the guy who's going to be the greatest player of all time," said Ronaldinho, according to AS.
"Wait, what?" answered a baffled Bryant. "But you are the best."
"No, no," insisted Ronaldinho, "this kid right here is going to be the best."
"And that guy was Lionel Messi, who was just 17," Bryant concluded.
