Following their triumph in the iKapa Derby on Saturday, Cape Town City decided to enjoy a day out in the sun for some team-building and wakeboarding activities. Can you guess how the likes of Benni McCarthy and his players fared?
The Citizens will play their next Absa Premiership encounter against Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday afternoon, and before heading out to the City of Roses, the team decided to participate in some epic team-building exercises at Blue Rock in Somerset West.
One activity that sparked a copious amount of laughter among the players was the wakeboarding section, which saw many players and staff fail at surfing the water.
Lyle Lakay struggled to hold his own when being sent off the launch pad, and he can be seen falling face first into the water.

It wasn't all bad, though, as Benni and Ebrahim Seedat showcased their wakeboarding skills somewhat successfully.
It didn't come easy to the City coach, though, as he, too, found himself on the verge of falling into the water during another attempt, but his perseverance paid off.
What do you make of this form of team-building?
