What's the story?
It can be said that Chiefs fans cannot wait for the new campaign to commence, with Baxter now back at the club. The Englishman was recently unveiled as the club's new mentor, following a disappointing spell under coach Gavin Hunt.
Baxter remains one of the most popular coaches in the local game today, especially among Chiefs fans, given that he was the last mentor to bring league silverware to Naturena.
What A Team
The memorable 2014/15 season still lives fresh in the memory of Amakhosi supporters, with Baxter and his side winning the league in stylish fashion.
Chiefs ended their title-winning campaign 12 points ahead of Mamelodi Sundowns and claimed the MTN8 trophy as well.
Doing It For The Badge
That being said, Morgan Gould recently took to his Instagram page where he reminded supporters of who some of the star men were during that time. Forming a strong core of players who were arguably in the prime of their careers, Gould was seen posing alongside Bernard Parker, Tsepo Masilela, Siboniso Gaxa, Reneilwe Letsholonyane and Siphiwe Tshabalala.
Gould simply captioned his post by saying, "We did it for the badge, 2013, built 2 last."
