Usuthu's lovebirds Sinenjabulo Zungu and Bongi Ntuli had their uMbondo ceremony over the weekend.
The soon-to-be married couple followed up May's Membeso with another important traditional ceremony that brought their close friends and family together.

Zungu and Ntuli edge closer to marriage
AmaZulu's CEO Sinenjabulo Zungu took to Instagram to share snaps of her special day with future hubby Bongi Ntuli for their uMbondo.
The ceremony took place on Sunday at Ntuli's family home in KwaXimba, a rural area which lies on the border of the eThekwini Municipality.
MaZungu looked like a true makoti in her stunning red dress as Ntuli kept it simple and classy with a white traditional shirt styled with a pair of jeans and his favourite Gucci sneakers.
To quickly explain uMbondo, The ceremony is held for the bride to handover gifts and groceries to her in-laws, in appreciation for the lobola and the uMembeso ceremony, which was held in the midlands at the end of May.

This ceremony often the last step before a couple gets officially married. Zungu was pictured alongside her father and AmaZulu owner Sandile Zungu with a basket of gifts for her in-laws, including a car filled with groceries for Ntuli's side of the family.
