The story

Siya Kolisi and Jurgen Klopp share one of sports most wholesome friendships, two charismatic personalities that hit it off in 2019 after the Springboks' third Rugby World Cup triumph.

The duo have crossed over on a number of occasions in the past and have been brought together by their mutual sponsorship with adidas.

While Klopp visited the Mother City last week for Hout Bay United Football Community's fundraiser and anniversary, the German coach was able to meet up with the Sharks forward.

Kolisi took to Instagram to share a series of photos taken from his meet ups with decorated football coach, captioning his post with, "[It is always special spending time with the boss, @Kloppo! Always welcome in SA. Until next time."

In January, when the Sharks had wrapped up their European tour, Kolisi was in the UK to watch his beloved Liverpool in the Champions League and just days before that, he was in London to watch Chelsea.

Kolisi, who is friends with Chelsea's club captain Reece James, was pictured next to British rapper Central Cee and English attacker Cole Palmer.

The rugby icon recently spoke about meeting "Cold" Palmer in a video shared by SuperSport TV on social media:
