Insiders close to the club have revealed that the Glamour Boys are planning to make enquiries about Sowah.
"For now, they are not sure which striker they are getting or not. It is kind of hide and seek. And not they are monitoring and enquiring about Jonathan (Sowah). There are a number of players - mainly strikers that the club is looking at. It has its priority according to what the coach wants but some of those top on the list are out of reach due to finances and that's why they have to look at different alternatives and Jonathan has come up right now," a source informed to the Siya crew.

Sowah has been offered to Chiefs by scouts who have previously worked with the team.
"Each team has scouts who identify players according to your needs at that particular time and that's why they have offered Jonathan Sowah to Chiefs because the club needs a striker who can help them score goals. They have discovered that they can create chances but the main problem is finishing and this is one striker the scouts believe can help in that department, hence they have recommended him to the club," another source revealed.
The 24-year-old Ghanaian international is contracted to Al Nasr Benghazi until December 31, 2025. However, Chiefs are expected to make an offer for him, pending successful negotiations.
The Siya crew reached out to Kaizer Chiefs for comment, but there was no response at the time of publishing.
