After having a prevalent managerial revolving door during the previous two seasons, it seems that the Red Castle are keen on establishing a new culture within the club by sticking with the South African tactician.

The 39-year-old has endured an erratic start to the campaign but seems to have retained the backing of the club's executives.

In their bid to win the Botola Pro Inwi, it is claimed that the club want to strengthen the squad by recruiting foreign stars.

According to Al Akhbar, the record Moroccan champions want to sign two new players from abroad to increase their chances of usurping RS Berkane at the top of the table.

Having released Renan Viana shortly after signing him because of a major knee injury, Wydad are now contemplating which other foreign star they want to part ways with.

The same report claims that, originally, Mokwena deemed Mauritanian international Sidi Bouna Amar's services surplus to requirements, but following his recent good form, the club are now considering other options.
