There have been questions on what the reasons could be for the exclusion of Teboho Mokoena and Khuliso Mudau at Mamelodi Sundowns, and the Siya crew has found out after some investigation.
The two stars, who are important members of the South African national team, have been notably absent from the Brazilians' matchday squads for four consecutive matches and questions have been asked by fans on what the issue could be.

While Sundowns coach Manqoba Mngqithi explained to the media that the two players are still important members of the group, there has been rumours that there could be more to leaving the duo out than meets the eye.
However, sources close to the defending champions have indicated that there isn't anything "sinister" about the Bafana Bafana duo's situation.
"Both players remain important members of the squad and there is nothing wrong between them and the club, or with the coach and his technical team. Sundowns will be having a very busy schedule with added fixtures as the team will also be playing in the FIFA Club World Cup, and therefore it is important for the coach to manage the players well. A similar question was asked about Themba Zwane for not starting matches, and for him too it is about managing the situation with the long season ahead and that's the thought behind it," said the source close to the club.

A second source who is close to the decision makers at the former African champions, simply pointed toward the tactical planning as the reason for the two players' absence.
"I can tell you that there is no problem at all. It's only tactical decisions by coach Manqoba (Mngqithi)," the second source stated.
