The South African tactician made his debut as a manager in the Saudi top flight when his new team took on fourth-placed Al-Taawoun last week.
The 59-year-old almost marked his first game in the division with a win after his team took a 1-0 lead in the 93rd minute through a Waleed Al-Ahmad own goal, but had to settle for a point after Aschraf El Mahdioui scored three minutes later.
This weekend, Mosimane's charges will make another attempt to escape the relegation zone when they go up against Al Fayha, but according to Al Riyadiya, they will have to do it without the services of star winger Francois Kamano.
The Guinea international has been struggling with an injury since playing for his country at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, and while he was scheduled for Abha training upon his return from the Ivory Coast, the club's medical staff is believed to have said that the 27-year-old has not yet fully recovered and should continue resting until he is back to 100% fitness.
