Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has made a big claim about his treatment of Jadon Sancho following his September fallout with the English winger.

The 23-year-old has not featured for the Red Devils since August after the Dutchman excluded him from his squad to take on Arsenal in the Premier League.
Asked about Sancho's absence for that game in an interview, Ten Hag explained that the former Borussia Dortmund man had not been training well enough to warrant a place in his side, to which the player responded by releasing a statement on social media.
In his post, Sancho suggested that the ex-Ajax Amsterdam manager was wrong, and was subsequently banished from first-team activities as a result. He appears to be no closer to returning after reportedly refusing to apologise to the Dutchman.
Ten Hag has since insisted he has no regrets over how he handled the situation.
"No, I wouldn't act differently," he told United We Stand.
Sancho's last appearance for the Red Devils came in a 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League in late August, a game in which he played just 30 minutes.
