The head coach of one of Europe's biggest clubs has admitted he would go pick Kylian Mbappe up himself if the Frenchman wanted to join his team.

Between 2018 and 2020, German tactician Thomas Tuchel worked closely with the 24-year-old at Paris Saint-Germain.
Mbappe scored 83 times and assisted 46 further goals under the ex-Borussia Dortmund manager, who was appointed at Bayern Munich earlier this year following his sacking at Chelsea in 2022.
The France international's future is once again a hot topic in Europe amid rumours Real Madrid have decided against pursuing his signature, with the forward's deal in Paris expiring next year.
Tuchel has now joked Mbappe will be making his way to the Bundesliga giants, saying he would personally go collect the player on a bike if he showed any sign of wanting to join the Bavarians.
"Do I want to sign Kylian Mbappe? Yes, yes, he's going to play for us, that's clear (laughs)," he told Canal+.
"Kylian is Kylian, he's extraordinary. He's very intelligent, he knows that if he wants something and you don't give it to him, he also knows why.
"We have a good relationship. If he wants to come, I'll go pick him up by bike. But I think that's not going to be reality."
Mbappe has scored 15 goals in as many appearances across all competitions for PSG so far this season.

The Frenchman also netted a hat-trick in the club's 3-0 win over Stade Reims in Ligue 1 this past weekend.
