One of Manchester United's highest-paid players has reportedly been banned from eating with his first-team colleagues at the club amid a stand-off between him and Erik ten Hag.

According to the Daily Mirror, 23-year-old winger Jadon Sancho is still facing an uncertain future at the Red Devils following his public fallout with the club's manager.
Ten Hag publicly called the ex-Borussia Dortmund star out for his poor training performances prior to the recent international break, before the player claimed to have been made a scapegoat in a statement released on social media.
While his post has since been deleted, reports suggest that Sancho has still not apologised for his actions, which is why he has not returned to first-team training since being instructed to train alone.
His banishing, however, extends beyond sessions with his colleagues. The winger is said to be "unhappy" that he cannot access other senior team areas at the club, including the dining facilities.
This has seen the former Bundesliga star eat with academy players, with Ten Hag reportedly only willing to work with him again if the player acknowledges he was in the wrong.

Reports claim that Sancho's poor timekeeping is at the heart of the issue between him and the manager, actions for which he was punished on more than one occasion during his time at Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
