According to The Sun, the marksman is on course to become the Red Devils' highest earner, with negotiations over a new deal said to be progressing well.
It is believed the record Premier League champions will pay the Manchester native £375 000 (R8.7 million) a week on his new deal, which is reportedly close to being finalised.
The 52-time England international is believed to be earning £200 000 (R4.6 million) weekly, but after his 30-goal season during the 2022/23 campaign, it seems head coach Erik ten Hag is keen on keeping hold of the United academy graduate, who has had advances from Paris Saint-Germain in recent months.
The same report claims that Rashford sees his long-term future at Old Trafford as he looks to continue his career with the only club he has ever played for.
If the abovementioned new contract is confirmed, the attacker will replace David de Gea as United's highest-paid player, with the goalkeeper's own deal nearing its end.
The Red Devils are rumoured to have offered the Spain international a new deal worth £200 000 a week, the same amount as Rashford's current wages.

The 32-year-old is yet to re-sign with the club, but it seems United are relaxed about the situation as they are believed to be in the market for a goalkeeper that can compete with De Gea anyway.
