According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Chelsea are the trio of teams closely following the 24-year-old's situation at Napoli.
The forward has been in sensational form this season for Gli Azzurri, having found the back of the net 25 times in 29 appearances so far, and is being linked with a move away from southern Italy as a result.
Despite their expected acquisition of French attacker Christopher Nkunku, Chelsea are keen on the Lagos native and reportedly want to sign Osimhen to rejuvenate what has been an underwhelming attack this season.
"I think it's not new that Chelsea are looking for a striker, this was very clear and remains a priority. The arrival of Christopher Nkunku has not changed Chelsea's plans to add another signing up front," Romano wrote in a column for CaughtOffside.
"As for Victor Osimhen, all the top clubs are interested in him after his outstanding season with Napoli. Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea…they are all following the situation."
