What's the story?
Michael Owen spent some time at SuperSport United to visit the players, coaches and staff at their training headquarters.
The former Liverpool, Real Madrid, Newcastle and Manchester United player is currently working as a pundit for broadcasters SuperSport for the World Cup.

Owen also took to social media to send a message to the club...
Michael Owen visits SuperSport United
The 42-year-old legend headed to Pretoria to visit Matsatsantsa's training base where he presented with a jersey by club CEO Stan Matthews and greeted by the club's sponsors.
Owen was also greeted by an excited Gavin Hunt and his daughter, Kaitlin, who posted their picture together on her Twitter account:

Owen also took plenty of snaps with the Hunt's first team troops and was seen having a friendly conversation strikers Bradley Grobelar and Thamsanqa Gabuza.
The 2001 Balon d'Or winner left quite the mark at Matsatsantsa, with his visit dominating the club's recent social media activity. Owen himself too to social media to thank the club for inviting him and wished them luck:
"Thanks to everyone at @SuperSportFC for a great day yesterday and good luck for the second half of the season!"

SuperSport TV viewers will be getting more familiar with Owen, as he joins fellow Englishman Owen Hargreaves as an analyst for the FIFA World Cup.
