The Premier Soccer League dispute resolution chamber still has three notable cases outstanding – and all of them involve Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.

Buhle Mkhwanazi, Fagrie Lakay and Oupa Manyisa have all taken their grievances with the Limpopo based outfit to the league and asked the PSL to come to their aid in debts Siya sources have indicated run into the millions.
It all began when Masala Mulaudzi bought the top flight status of Bidvest Wits in June last year, but allegedly breached contracts with players who'd signed new deals with the Clever Boys long before the sale agreement was approved.
Mkhwanazi and Lakay are such cases as both were Wits players, though the latter was on loan at Cape Town City at the time.
Manyisa was TTM's first signing, but his contract was surprisingly terminated before he was even able to make an official appearance this season!
He has since sought the intervention of the PSL DRC, but like Mkhwanazi and Lakay, he is yet to be furnished with a date for a hearing, several months later.
In August last year, then Wits chairman Alan Fainman told the Siya crew that outstanding amounts owed to players were the responsibility of Mulaudzi as the new chairman of the club, effectively washing his hands of the situation.
Mulaudzi has now also sold the franchise to Abram Sello, who inherits the legal and money woes as made clear by the PSL in a statement when the change of ownership was ratified by the executive committee last month.
Sello was approved as the new owner on condition that: "the contracts of employment of all players are transferred to the purchaser; disputes that may exist will be dealt with by the corporation, and any awards or rulings handed down must be satisfied by the corporation."

That statement appears to exonerate Fainman and Mulaudzi, meaning Sello now has to deal with the mess they left behind.
Asked for comment, PSL CEO Mato Madlala referred all queries involving the DRC to prosecutor Becker, who, after numerous attempts, did not respond to questions from the Siya crew around TTM.
Mkhwanazi and Manyisa remain clubless, but Lakay was able to obtain his clearance after approaching the DRC, and signed with City permanently at the start of the season.
