Big-Name PSL Free Agents Still On The Market After Transfer Deadline

Former Kaizer Chiefs attacker Khama Billiat.

The close of the transfer window does not mean PSL clubs will not be able to bolster their squads, with a number of free agents still available to be signed.

Former Kaizer Chiefs attacker Khama Billiat is arguably the biggest name on the list of free agents. Billiat has been linked with a number of clubs, both locally and on the continent, but has not secured a deal just yet.

Another former Amakhosi player who is yet to secure a new home is Mulomowandau Mathoho, who was assessed by SuperSport United not long after leaving Naturena. The Tshwane outfit decided against signing him, while talks of a possible move to Polokwane City did not materialise.

Surprise Ralani is a free agent after leaving Mamelodi Sundowns and little had been said about him since making an exit from Chloorkop.

Siyanbonga Nhlapo left SuperSport United at the end of June. Another player who left SuperSport is defender Luke Fleurs, who is currently being assessed by Chiefs. Aubrey Ngoma was also let go by SuperSport, but has not been able to secure a new home.
