Supersport United United is assessing Lesotho international, Bokang ‘Lefty’ Mothoana, who has been playing in Tunisia for Union Sportive Monastirienne.
The Siya crew can reveal that the 26-year-old who is highly rated in his country has been training with the Tshwane based outfit since Monday. He has also played for FC Likhopo in the Mountain Kingdom.
FC Likhopo team manager, Qamako Mahao, confirmed to Soccer Laduma that the talented Lesotho international is being assessed by Matsatsantsa as the political unrest in Tunisia has affected his career where he was playing for Monastirienne.
“Indeed, Mothoana has left the Lesotho national team camp and is now training with Supersport United. Our national team here is preparing for their Africa Cup of Nations second round qualifier against Kenya next month, but he has been excused because he is looking for a club since coming back from Tunisia due to political unrest in that country,” said Mahao.
