Orlando Pirates' head coach Milutin Sredojevic, popularly known as "Micho" said Kaizer Chiefs were motivated to prove a point in the Soweto Derby after losing three consecutive derbies. Micho added that Wiseman Meyiwa's news motivated them more but Pirates showed character throughout. What do the fans say about this? How did they react to Micho's words?
Dimakatso Mjereza Galane says Bucs' head coach played it too safe and failed to realise that Chiefs may have been too cautious too. The Soccer Laduma reader believes that this has to do with the upcoming CAF Champions League clash against Esperance in Tunisia on Tuesday:
"To be honest Micho went for [the] safe option and not all out attack because he's putting one eye on the away game against Esperance and thinking one point is better than nothing. He feared that Chiefs might be dangerous and go all out to save the reputation of losing four straight games only to find out Chiefs was scared of him. That's why they scored and wanted to protect that one goal and time-wasting tactics from Akpeyi."

Others found Micho's words offensive. For example, Le Philanthropist seems offended and accused Micho of being patronizing as Chiefs put up a substandard performance:
"Micho must NEVER patronize us! We were pathetic tactically!"

In reaction to Micho's words, Mzontsundu Joja suggests that every team that plays against Pirates is motivated to win and that this will result in Pirates losing their next league match:
"All these 15 small teams are motivated by being in the same field with the Mighty Bucs. Watch, their next match will be a loss."
