Tshini!
Kaizer Chiefs have come to the end of a busy transfer deadline day having completed the signing of two players. Defender Reeve Frosler joined Amakhosi on a three and a half year deal from Bidvest Wits while their new goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi joined on a one and a half year deal from Chippa United.
There is a lot of expectation on the new signings' shoulders as recent performances have left Chiefs fans frustrated and desperate for new faces to improve the team. Mlandeli we Bhola urged the players not to relax but to play even harder than they ever have:
"That's right, that's good! You are very welcomed to the love and peace family. Now you're Glamour Boys. Remember that you are not here to rest but to bring your contributions to the success of this beloved club."

However, some fans are still uncertain about Akpeyi. Soccer Laduma reader King_Mboma recalls a blunder by the Nigerian and is worried that the new addition does not solve Amakhosi's goalkeeping problems:
"I'm a little bit worried about the former Chippa United goalkeeper. I still remember that awkward goal at close angle scored by [Justin] Shonga. We will see another goalkeeping blunder here. Good signing in Frosler. Maybe it could be time for Rama [Ramahlwe Mphahlele] to rest on the bench."

While some fans are unsure of Akpeyi's signing, Soccer Laduma reader Dave1992 is completely against the new addition:
"Desperate times call for desperate measures. Daniel Akpeyi of all goalkeepers? How the mighty have fallen."

What kind of contribution can Akpeyi and Frosler make to Chiefs in their fightback to the glory days? Are they suitable signings? What do you say? Leave your comments below and let us know what you think.
