Kaizer Chiefs' midfielder George Maluleka is a top priority for Mamelodi Sundowns for next season. Maluleka has been impressive as of late and won the PSL Goal of the Month Award for December. While some are arguing that Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane does not need the midfielder, some suggest that he is the perfect match!
Soccer Laduma reader carnothn@gmail.com believes that Maluleka would make a great player for Masandawana:
"He [would] be a great acquisition for Downs."

News of Sundowns being interested in Maluleka sparked widespread criticism as many fans felt that he would not be a good fit for the club or they just don't need him. Tiro Bitey Oageng believes Mosimane has all the arsenal he needs in his squad and should not add Maluleka:
"I wonder what Pitso and his technical team see in this guy. He must use the arsenal he has at his disposal. He has the best [players] in everything. He just has to use them."

Mosea Motobatsi Tshelethinks Masandawana just doesn't need Maluleka as there's already plenty of players that can fill up the central midfield position that is also good going forward. The Soccer Laduma reader had the following to say:
"I don't like this because we don't need Maluleka. We have plenty of players in that position. There is [Sphelelo] Mkhulise and Lucky Mohomi. Very good attacking players like [Andile] Jali and [Oupa] Manyisa are also there."

McGuy Van Zyl echoed Tshele's opinion and added that the Chiefs midfielder is also in danger of not getting any game time if he joins Masandawana:
"There is no place for him. If he agrees to play for Sundowns, he may not find game time."
