Fans Have Their Say As Chiefs Trophy Drought Continues

Fans Have Their Say As Chiefs Trophy Drought Continues

This is the damning report on Kaizer Chiefs cup expectations after they were bundled out of the Nedbank Cup by Highlands Park this weekend.

Chiefs' search for their first trophy since the 2014/15 season continues, with Ernst Middendorp's side only left with the league to compete for, something @TTRapsinoh feels is beyond their reach.

Meanwhile @ayandaG feels that Chiefs' inability to unlock teams like Maritzburg United and Highlands Park has led to their dip in form, and could contribute to the league possibly slipping through their fingers.

In addition, @Lovethisgame feels that the presence of Itumeleng Khune in the starting XI had nothing to do with the loss and that Mzansi's number one had a stellar performance.
