With Mamelodi Sundowns eliminated from the CAF Champions League, their fans have issued a stern warning to the rest of the teams in the Absa Premiership, claiming that they will be fighting for what is rightfully theirs.
Downs' elimination from Africa's elite competition is both a god and a bad thing for Masandawana.
It is bad because they cannot replicate their marvellous 2016 campaign, which saw them dominate Africa and lift the CAF Champions League.
However, it is also a good thing, as Pitso Mosimane and his men can now shift their focus to the domestic scene where they are still in contention for two trophies.
They currently trail log leaders Kaizer Chiefs by seven points, although they do have two games in hand. One of the matches taking place on Tuesday as they head to the Mother City, where they take on Stellenbosch FC.
Downs also have the tricky Nedbank Cup quarterfinal task in the form of Highlands Park at the Makhulong Stadium on the weekend.
SL Supporters have had their say on what they think the rest of the season has in store for the men from Chloorkop. Check it out.
