Orlando Pirates' Brilliant Khuzwayo is said to be recovering well as he works on getting his career with his new club underway.
At the beginning of the month, Pirates confirmed that Khuzwayo had to be taken for treatment for an ankle injury

As confirmed by the club at the time, Khuzwayo had an appointment to see an orthopaedic surgeon to remove screws in his ankle.
It was further confirmed from the club that the former Kaizer Chiefs shot-stopper was expected to be out for between three to four weeks while recovering from the injury.
According to sources close to Bucs, the 28-year-old player has made a fair amount of progress, although he has been yet to be considered for a return to football action.
Siyabonga Mpontshane appears to be the number one goalkeeper in Milutin Sredojevic's team this season.
Mpontshane has played in three of the four Absa Premiership matches for the team thus far, as well as in one match in the MTN8 competition.

Wayne Sandilands has played in one game, while Jackson Mabokgwane has been out of the picture with only a single appearance in the matchday squad.
With this season's first Soweto derby set for two months time (October 27), it is expected that Khuzwayo would have already started playing and would be among the players fighting for a starting berth on the day against his former teammates from Amakhosi.
